How Small a Rose Can Be?

Back in a year, I bought this potted rose in Jusco supermarket. And yes, it grows. Usually what's in my mind, the plant will only serve as a temporary decoration in our living room not more than 1 week. With the difference in temperature, the lovely rose will not live longer than others.
Well, with my love and care that shower it, it's been moving from indoor to shaded spot, and now under the direct exploration of the sunlight. Though it's a bit weak, but yet alive(or survive :P) and blooming.
How I call it small? Try to count the number of petals in the picture, you'll know it.

p/s: It's countable within 10 seconds :P

All About Irish Crochet

Pictures taken from crochetville's forum

I'm absolutely fall in love with irish crochet now. After seeing the end result, you'll probably be impressed. I've some free pattern of irish crochet but not started yet. As i faced some difficulties in interpreting the instruction when it comes to 'cording'. I'm confused.

Yes, I definitely need some time to figure it out. Maybe started off by reading some books in the bookstore or google it. But it seems that the search engine doesn't have much resources about irish crochet. Well, in the same time, god knows when, and somehow I pick up irish crochet easily all by myself :P

More update on my knitting and crochet project:
1. Orange blouse for myself is completed.

2. Two doilies is completed.

3. Mama's kebaya-like blouse is 85% completed. Left joining with sleeves.

4. Han's cardigan has no progress :P

Back From Home

Just got back from home after 3 hours journey. I spent the whole weekend with my closest family and cutest nieces. Able to take mama's body measurement as I'm going to crochet a kebaya-like blouse for her. This is my first crochet project which dedicated to my mama. Wish me luck.

p/s: There are 2 more knitting project in queue where one for myself and the other for Hann.
